The Renegade Kitchen was created as a space to empower you to make healthy, delicious real foods in simple yet creative ways.  Constantly inspired by my crazy travels, I love to create gluten-free, regionally inspired recipes that are as mouth-watering as they are good for you.

The gluten-free recipes that I create are inspired by my personal lifestyle choices and focus on vegan, raw and sustainably harvested whole foods. However, I believe that in food, like everything in life, balance and diversity are key, so you will find a variety of ingredients and cooking styles are explored in the recipes found here. Find what works for you and run with it.

All of my “real food” recipes are free of processed ingredients, refined flours and sugars and artificial flavors or preservatives of any kind. I encourage you to vote with your dollars and to source your ingredients from local, organic sources whenever possible so that you can get the most nutrients possible out of your food, while supporting the greater good of our planet.
