The recipes that I create are inspired by my personal lifestyle choices and focus on vegan, raw and sustainably harvested whole foods. I believe that in food, like everything in life, balance and diversity are key and so I am not a “strict” anything, and you will find a variety of ingredients and cooking styles are explored in the recipes found here. All of my “real food” recipes are free of processed ingredients, refined flours and sugars and artificial flavors or preservatives of any kind. I encourage you to vote with your dollars and to source your ingredients from local, organic sources whenever possible so that you can get the most nutrients possible out of your food, while supporting the greater good of our planet.
